This Refund and Returns Policy describes how Shenzhen Sadan Trading Co., Ltd. (“SIVO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles refund requests for digital script downloads purchased on sivocrm.com. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read and understood this Policy.

1. The Short Version

Because every SIVO product is a digital PDF file delivered instantly after checkout, we cannot accept returns in the traditional sense. We do, however, stand behind the quality of our scripts. If something is genuinely wrong — a file is corrupted, a duplicate was billed, or the content materially does not match the product page — we will fix it or refund you. Just email us within the window below.

2. What We Refund

We refund in full in the following cases:

• The file is corrupted or unreadable and we cannot provide a working replacement within a reasonable time.
• You were charged twice for the same order (a duplicate billing error).
• The product content materially differs from the product page description, sample excerpt, and listed deliverables. (A subjective preference such as “the tone is not what I expected” is not a material difference.)
• The order was paid but the download link was never delivered, and our support team cannot resolve it within 72 hours.
• EU/UK customers who request a refund within 14 days and have not yet downloaded the file (see Section 5).

3. What We Do Not Refund

• The file has been downloaded successfully and you have changed your mind.
• You found a free or cheaper alternative after purchase.
• The script does not suit your specific project (wrong length, tone, or industry). This is why we publish a sample excerpt, deliverables list, and “best for” notes on every product page — please read them before buying.
• You missed applying a discount code that was active at the time of your purchase.
• You no longer need the script because of an internal change in plans, team, or budget.
• Bulk or bundle purchases where more than 50% of the files in the bundle have already been downloaded.

4. How to Request a Refund

1. Email sadantradehub@outlook.com with the subject line Refund request.
2. Include in the body: the order number, the email used at checkout, the product title, a short description of the issue (1–3 sentences), and a screenshot of any error (for technical issues).
3. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and either approve, ask for more information, or decline with a clear reason.

If approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method. Bank or card processor settlement times may add another 3–7 business days before the refund appears on your statement.

5. EU and UK Customers — Your Statutory Right of Withdrawal

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from a digital purchase.

For digital content delivered by download, that right is waived only if you give explicit prior consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the withdrawal right once the download begins. This consent is collected at checkout via a checkbox that you must tick before payment is processed. By completing checkout, you confirm:

I agree that the digital content will be made available to me immediately after purchase, and I acknowledge that I will lose my right of withdrawal once the download starts.

If you have not yet downloaded the file, you may still exercise the 14-day withdrawal right by emailing us within 14 days of purchase and asking to cancel. We will refund you in full.

If you have downloaded the file, the right of withdrawal is considered waived under Article 16(m) of the Directive, except in the cases listed in Section 2 above (corrupted file, duplicate billing, material mismatch).

6. California and US Customers

US federal and most state laws do not grant a statutory cooling-off period for digital purchases. However, SIVO voluntarily offers the same 14-day window and the same “downloaded = no refund” standard described in this Policy. If you have a complaint that we cannot resolve, you may contact your state attorney general or the Federal Trade Commission.

7. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us, we will (1) provide the payment processor with evidence that the file was delivered and downloaded; (2) pause your account until the dispute is resolved; and (3) re-evaluate the account after the dispute closes.

In almost all cases, a quick email to us is faster, easier, and produces a better outcome than a chargeback. We are here to help.

8. Subscription, Bundle, and Custom Orders

• Bundle purchases (e.g., The Complete Brand Video System): the “downloaded” count is cumulative across all scripts in the bundle. If more than 50% of the bundle has been downloaded, the bundle is non-refundable.
• Custom script orders: non-refundable once the first draft is delivered. Revisions within the agreed scope are included in the project fee.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we revise the “Last updated” date at the top. If the changes are material, we will notify you by email or by a prominent notice on the Site. The version of the Policy in effect on the date of your purchase will govern that order.
